\\nFor our client, an international law firm with the focus on private capital, we are looking for an experienced lawyer to join the Zurich team in the Family, Inheritance and Adult and Child Protection field.
\\n\\n
In this role, you will have an opportunity to expand your expertise in family and inheritance law and help build the growing team of Zurich office.
\\n\\nMain responsibilities:
\\n- \\n
- Providing legal advice to clients regarding family law issues such as divorce, child custody, support payments, adoption, etc.\\n
- Succession planning and working on family and inheritance (cross-national) strategies with clients.\\n
- Mediating clients disputes to avoid court proceedings.\\n
\\n
Qualifications:
\\n- \\n
- Bar admission in Switzerland with 8 plus years of experience\\n
- Significant experience in dealing with cross-border family law matters\\n
- Excellent German and English (spoken and written), other languages are an asset\\n
- Demonstrate good judgement and a good legal and commercial understanding of client\\\'s particular needs\\n
- Be confident to work autonomously and as part of a collegiate team\\n
- Have the ability to develop effective working relations at all levels\\n
