Knitwear Designer Internship - 6 Months

Location: Basel, Switzerland

Reports to: Design Team



Are you passionate about fashion design and eager to grow your skills in knitwear and jersey? We are offering a 6-month internship designed to provide hands-on experience in supporting our Knitwear and Jersey design teams. This is a unique opportunity to develop your technical knowledge, contribute to exciting collections, and kickstart your career in the fashion industry.

Your Responsibilities:

As part of the design team, you will: Assist both the Knitwear and Jersey teams, with a focus on creating technical files for knitwear. Update collection plans and ensure they reflect the latest design developments. Participate in trend research and inspiration gathering for upcoming collections. Attend design meetings and contribute ideas for collections. Support the designers in their daily tasks and ensure smooth workflow within the team.

What We're Looking For:

Passion for Fashion: A keen interest in knitwear and jersey design is essential. Technical Skills: Knowledge of creating knitwear technical files is a strong advantage. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop is required.

Personal Qualities:

Fast, reactive, and adaptable to a dynamic environment. Open-minded, flexible, and a hard worker who thrives under pressure. A team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
