We are looking for our future Field Test / R&D Engineer (f/m/d) to join our team in Kriens, starting immediately or upon agreement.

Your Responsabilities:

Independently conduct hydraulic and mechanical system measurements in hydropower plants (planning, execution, analysis, and reporting) Provide expert assessments and solutions for vibration-related issues Responsible for procurement, maintenance, and calibration of measurement equipment Perform mechanical simulations and finite element (FE) calculations Collaborate closely with project teams both domestically and internationally

Your Profile:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering (FH/ETH/TU) or equivalent qualification Enjoy analyzing complex processes and working in multidisciplinary teams Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (6-10 trips per year, each lasting 3-10 days) Excellent written and spoken English and German skills (minimum level C1); additional languages are a plus Hands-on personality with both practical and theoretical skills in mechanics and electronics Ideally, experience in measurement technology and broad general knowledge of hydraulic machinery Programming skills in Python or C++ are an asset
