- Overseeing financial operations within the LAC region (LATAM/APAC/CIS countries) for Rare Diseases.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the LAC organization, supporting decision-making processes.
- Be an active member of the Finance Global Rare Disease Leadership Team.
- Bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree or Master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a CPA qualification (preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably as a Finance Regional Controller within a pharma multinational organization.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards (IFRS, US GAAP).
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools (ERP, SAP, Hyperion, etc.) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, proactive and agile mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and French, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous.
