Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our GPS Swiss team.

The ideal candidate will oversee management reporting and forecasting. This includes month end close activities related to inventory management. In addition, the candidate will be supporting the Senior Finance Manager with the legal entity forecasting cycles for our locally based entities. Such activities include intercompany Sales and COGS calculations, preparation of cash flow forecasts and input of data into our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compiling of management budget and projections in association with the Distribution company
  • Co-ordination and calculation of the monthly inventory obsolescence reserve
  • Capturing and postings accruals for warehouse, distribution, and other operational accruals
  • Reporting of monthly management results, comparing against latest projection
  • Completion of certain account reconciliations associated to inventory
  • Assisting in the calculation and input of intercompany sales and cogs and other items for various Budget and projections
  • Supporting internal and external audit requests
  • Assisting the Boudry Finance Management Team in ad hoc tasks
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience with SAP and Hyperion or similar systems
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Accounting qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an Accounting role
