EMEA Recruitment is currently working with a well-regarded multi-national in the hospitality industry, which is seeking an exceptional Group Finance Manager to join its team based in Zug.
As the Group Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Group CFO and will oversee all the Finance and Accounting for the Swiss Group.

Key responsibilities of the Group Finance Manager:
- Monthly reporting, forecasts and analysis of budget variances and financial trends
- Manage and establish group budgets and forecasts
- Cash management and cashflow forecasting
- Fixed asset management
- Year-end financial statements in line with Swiss Code of Obligations and IFRS
- Complete corporate tax returns and local and international VAT declarations
- Play a key role in identifying and resolving areas of operational improvement
- Liaise with external auditors and relevant authorities
- Ideally hold a CPA or Diploma in Accounting and Controlling
- Advanced IT and ERP skills \\xe2\\x80\\x93 MS Office and Accounting ERPs
- Punctual, highly analytical and strong social skills
- Proficiency in German and English
