We are looking for a Group Sustainability Manager to work alongside our Group Sustainability Director and help drive our company-wide sustainability strategy moving forward.

\\n

You will be responsible for providing direction on environmental and social regulatory compliance and maintaining sustainability key performance metrics to support continuous improvement toward our goals. You\\xe2\\x80\\x99ll also be the go-to person for all things sustainability activities within the group.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

\\n
\\n

\\n
  • \\n
  • Evaluate the efficiency of our current environmental and social compliance policies, make recommendations, and support creating or maintaining training and informational tools. \\n
  • Playing a leading role in collecting, analysing, and aggregating the company\\\'s sustainability information and data for internal and external reporting purposes, including our annual sustainability report and submissions to various sustainability indices and rating agencies (currently EcoVadis, UNGC CoP).\\n
  • Managing the data platform and processes for collecting and validating sustainability data provided by our agencies worldwide. \\n
  • Support our agencies and brands in implementing sustainability practices in client projects. \\n
  • Be the go-to person for guidance on all the latest trends and emerging legislations. As such, you will be expected to dedicate time to research to identify risks or concerns and monitor announcements from key industry bodies, institutions, and networks to stay ahead of the curve.\\n
  • Support our Internal Communication and Marketing Teams to share our sustainability story.\\n
  • Liaise with our local Sustainability Champions on all sustainability-related matters (office operations, tools, training, and CSR activities).\\n

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

\\n
\\n

\\n

We welcome applicants with a variety of backgrounds and experience in the field of sustainability. We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate environmental, social and human rights regulation knowledge.

  • \\n
  • You hold a bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree in sustainability, environmental science, environmental studies or a similar field or have a good understanding of the concepts of sustainable development, including energy conservation, waste management, resource and water conservation, and environmental reporting metrics.\\n
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position\\n
  • You are familiar with the principles and sustainable development goals of the United Nations Compact Agreement (UNGC)\\n
  • You have practical experience with corporate sustainability reporting frameworks, platforms and organisations (e.g. GRI, CDP, EcoVadis, Sedex, etc.)\\n
  • If you are familiar with environmental management systems (ISO 14001) or sustainable events management (ISO 20121), that would be an added value\\n
  • You have strong analytical skills and are proficient in working with numbers, calculations, and large datasets. And you like to discover new computer programmes and tools\\n
  • You possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to educate and train internal and external stakeholders\\n
  • You can work in a fast-paced environment and know how to prioritise work to align with company initiatives \\n
  • Having experience in the events or marketing and communication industry can be an added value\\n
