The JJMD organization is recruiting for Finance Manager, to be located in Zug, Switzerland.

In the context of a newly created SC MedTech Principal company, ERP & Digital transformation journey and as a member of Global Entrepreneur Finance leadership team, the Finance Manager will have an initial focus on supporting and coordinating system deployments launches during first half of 2024. This includes providing leadership on onboarding strategy, planning and solutions to ensure successful transitions with base business. Navigating through complexity & changing environment will require engagement & exposure to a wide variety of senior business and finance leaders.

Post system go live the role will transform into base business leadership role as part of the MedTech PIC CoE.

Supporting the Global Entrepreneur design from the start is an outstanding chance to make a meaningful impact and gain in depth insights on SC finance strategy and end-state systems!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and support Ethicon Global entrepreneur\\\'s ERP modernization & digitalization roadmap.
  • Legacy systems & end-state system solutions
  • Coordinate with all partners, identify risks & gaps, remediation strategy to enable successful go lives and Principal company readiness from a finance perspective.
  • Design, propose and implement agile, compliant and viable solutions aligned with:
  • ERP deployment phase
  • Base business capabilities
  • Business launch constraints
  • Global entrepreneur governance guidelines
  • Improve end to end visibility, coordinate and deliver appropriate handover to finance base business teams
  • Act as change agent for digital adoption, ensuring a digital perspective is considered in solution design on project teams
  • PIC COE team member: Involvement on cross activities, groups or projects.
Qualifications

Qualifications

Education:
  • A minimum of a Bachelors Degree within Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Professional accounting qualification a plus
Experience and Skills:

Required:
  • 5+ years relevant working experience
  • Strong sense of personal accountability and determination
  • Proven strength in business partnering and communication
  • Ability to build positive relationship and partner with multiple teams and functions
  • Ability to work autonomously and deal with ambiguity/uncertainty
  • Prioritization skills and ability to drive your own agenda
Preferred:
  • Experience in supply chain finance is preferred
  • SAP experience a strong advantage
Other:
  • Proficient in English
  • up to 20% international travel
