Job Description

As part of our continuous growth and commitment to excellence, we are looking to
strengthen our bench for the Finance department by hiring talented individuals with 3
to 5 years of relevant experience. We offer a supportive work environment, excellent

Responsibilities: * Finance Support: Provide comprehensive financial support to various departments within the organization, including accounting, controlling, finance analysis, and other related areas.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and analyze financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency, effectiveness, and internal controls.
  • Financial Risk Management: Assist in assessing and managing financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners, to provide financial insights, recommendations, and support.
Qualifications

Requirements: * Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in finance-related roles, such as accounting, controlling, finance analysis, or similar positions.
  • Education: bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are desirable but not mandatory.
  • Financial Expertise: Solid understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and financial reporting standards.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in financial software applications, MS Office Suite (especially Excel), and experience with financial systems (e.g., ERP, SAP, Oracle).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex financial data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey financial information and insights to both finance and non- finance stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Values Alignment: Demonstrated alignment with our company\\\'s core values, including integrity, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility and Mobility: Willingness to travel and spend extended periods (6 months to a couple of years) at various company operations, as needed.
