The Crypto Finance Group comprises two FINMA-regulated financial institutions and a BaFin-regulated subsidiary in Germany. This includes one of the first FINMA-approved securities firms offering 24/7 brokerage services, along with custody, staking, infrastructure, and tokenisation solutions. We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our finance team. This role combines financial planning accounting expertise, group reporting, and controlling responsibilities. The successful candidate will provide insightful analysis, ensure accurate consolidated reporting, participate in the month-end close process, and support effective cost control across the business. The starting date is as soon as possible at our office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.

Responsibilities

Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting Partner with accounting on the month-end close process and reconciliations Prepare consolidated accounts and deliver insightful reporting to the Group Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and scenario analyses to support decision-making Monitor costs, analyze deviations, and strengthen the controlling function across departments Provide performance insights to leadership and ensure financial discipline Ensure accounting accuracy and alignment with GAAP/IFRS principles Collaborate closely with accounting to understand the mechanics behind P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow entries Contribute to continuous improvement of finance and accounting processes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CFA, CPA a plus) 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance Strong accounting expertise and deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS In-depth knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and the accounting entries behind them Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modelling); proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI preferred) Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365BC; planning tools like Anaplan/Workday Adaptive a plus) Curious mindset with a drive to improve finance and accounting processes Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment Proactive, organized, and collaborative, with strong interpersonal and communication skills Full working proficiency in English; German is a plus
