Customer Support Agent (On-site - Porto)
We're hiring Customer Support Agents to join an international customer service operation supporting telecom products and services. This role is for candidates who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a structured, team-oriented environment. No previous experience is required -- full training is provided.
Youll assist customers across multiple channels with topics such as subscriptions, billing inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and general account questions, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience on every interaction.

What you'll do

  • Handle incoming customer calls and service requests
  • Welcome and guide customers with clarity and professionalism
  • Provide personalized solutions based on customer needs
  • Accurately document interactions using internal systems
  • Collaborate with teammates to maintain service quality
Requirements
  • Native or C2 level French
  • Good communication skills and customer-focused mindset
  • Comfortable with rotating schedules (Mon-Sat, 7:00-19:00)
Offer
  • Base salary: 930EUR x14
  • Meal allowance: 9EUR/day
  • Performance bonus (up to 100EUR x12)
