Frontend Developer - Angular / TypeScript - Contract
I'm supporting a leading financial services organisation in Zurich with an exciting digital transformation project. They're looking for an experienced Frontend Developer (Angular/TypeScript) to join their team on a contract basis and help build the next generation of digital wealth advisory solutions.
Day to day role / projects:
Design and implement responsive, interactive UIs using Angular & TypeScript
Translate business and technical requirements into reusable frontend components
Integrate with backend services (REST APIs, JSON)
Collaborate closely with UX, backend, and product teams to deliver a modular, scalable platform
Focus on performance, security, and usability at every stage
Work in a Scrum environment: sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives
Ideal background and skill set:
Expert in Angular and TypeScript (commercial project experience)
Strong skills in HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and modern UI/UX practices
Experience with state management, routing, and frontend architecture
Agile mindset, strong communication skills, and team player
Full-time availability (100%) in Zurich, Oct 2025 - Jun 2026
Nice to have skills:
Background in financial services or wealth management software
Knowledge of web security (XSS, CSRF, authentication, data protection)
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines
Fluent German a strong plus
