Your team

Operations division sustains business operations and develops custodian and funds administration services while being responsible for some of the Group's key innovations. As a Fund Data Flow Management Specialist based in Geneva, you will be integral to our team, supporting the operational activities related to the bank's fund positions held on behalf of clients. You will be responsible for processing documents from Administrators and Transfer Agents, ensuring seamless communication and data flow across operational teams.

Your role

Gain a deep understanding of the operational flows specific to investment funds (mutual and hedge funds) and the related documents. Analyze the documents received from the Administrators/Transfer Agents and ensure their accurate electronic transmission to relevant operational departments. Swiftly identify and prioritize sensitive documents. Maintain control over the various inbox related to the activity. Efficiently track and rectify document allocation and referral errors. Actively assist operational services in locating essential documents for their activity. Ensure uninterrupted accessibility to the administrators' websites. Audit incoming communication channels in order to optimize the reception of information. Navigate the needs of a multi-site environment, including Geneva, Luxembourg and other Pictet Group locations worldwide.

Your profile

Commercial/banking CFC or title deemed equivalent. Experience in the banking sector, in particular in the fund operations. Endurance and flexibility in sustained periods. Fluency in French and good knowledge in English (written and oral). Good knowledge of MS Office IT tools. Residence in Switzerland required.
