Experience working with multiple Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Workforce Lifecycle Management, Compensation (ICP), Goal & Performance, Benefits, Security.
Strong background in facilitating requirement gathering workshops and solution design sessions with business stakeholders.
Experience in post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience working on data migration activities, such as mapping, cleansing, validation, and troubleshooting.

Prior experience working with United Nations organizations or international organizations.

The AIMS Transformation Project is a business-driven initiative aimed at delivering a cloud-first, streamlined, and scalable ERP environment that enhances operational efficiency, data transparency, and service delivery across ORG.
(ORG) is undertaking a transformative journey to modernize its administrative and support operations through the deployment of Oracle Fusion Applications, as part of the Administrative Integrated Management System (AIMS) Transformation Project.
AIMS was launched in the early 2000s using Oracle PeopleSoft application and has been the backbone of ORG's administrative, financial, and human resources processes for over two decades. In response to evolving operational needs and technological advancements, ORG is now shifting to a more efficient, transparent, and scalable ERP environment.
The AIMS Transformation Project is a business-led initiative designed to deliver a cloud-first solution that drives streamlined processes, enhances data visibility, and improves service delivery across the Organization.
The AIMS transformation project is led by ORG's Enterprise Solution Division (ESD), working closely with the implementation partner, Oracle Consulting. To support implementation and stabilization of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, ESD is seeking an experienced Fusion HCM Senior Functional Analyst to assist in the implementation, post-go-live support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and future-ready solution.
Objective of the assignment:
The objective of the Fusion HCM Senior Functional Analyst assignment is to ensure the successful delivery and stabilization of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) modules within ORG's ERP Transformation initiative. This includes providing expert functional guidance, aligning solution design with business requirements, and supporting seamless implementation across all phases of the project. The Analyst will work in close collaboration with internal technical teams, business stakeholders, and ORG's implementation partner to deliver a fit-for-purpose, scalable solution that drives operational excellence and long-term value.
Tasks:
Act as the HCM functional expert in the AIMS transformation project.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Budget and other business units to analyze and validate existing HR business processes and functional requirements.
Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and maximize the use of standard Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities.
HCM Solution design validation and configuration oversight, ensuring they meet defined business needs, prioritizing standard functionality over legacy customizations.
Prepare functional design documents for reports, integrations, and PaaS extensions.
Develop and execute test scripts, contribute to functional testing activities, including system integration and User Acceptance Testing. Analyze and troubleshoot identified defects, collaborate with technical team to resolve functional issues.
Assist with Data Migration activities, provide functional expertise in data mapping, cleansing, validation, and issue resolution during migration phases.
Support go-live readiness and post-deployment stabilization efforts by resolving functional issues, handling change requests and advising on upgrades.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to internal team members on Fusion HCM functionality and best practices.
