Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and "all-things-digital" solutions, is looking for a GenAI On-Prem Solution Support Engineer to join its innovative team.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and support
on-premise infrastructure
(test machines, servers, networking equipment) used for GenAI solution deployment. Deploy, configure, and support theGenAI-based test automation solution
(including model APIs, integration pipelines, and supporting services). Troubleshoot and maintainPython-based scripts
and solution components using LLM/GenAI. Collaborate with remote R&D team on debugging incidents, logs analysis, and improvements. Manage containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes
) and ensure stable deployments. Integrate solution components intoCI/CD pipelines
(Azure DevOps). Providefirst-line support
for issues related to AI workflows, data pipelines, and test execution.Requirements
Proven experience in
IT support / system administration / field engineering
. Strong knowledge ofPython
(support, debugging, small fixes) Familiarity withGenAI/LLM-based solutions
(deployment, configuration, monitoring). Hands-on experience withcontainerization
(Docker, Kubernetes) in production/test environments. Understanding ofCI/CD processes and tools
(Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI or similar). Good skills in hardware maintenance (servers, networks, test benches). Languages:German B1-B2
for local client interaction;English B2+
for technical/business communication.Nice to have:
Work experience in
engineering or R&D projects
. * Knowledge of monitoring tools forML/AI pipelines
(MLflow, Prometheus, Grafana).
