Job Description

Role: Customer Support

Languages: German + English
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: On-site
Contract: 6 months
Start date: 5 Feb 2026
Schedule:
Monday-Friday (including Portuguese bank holidays)
08:00-17:00 (Portugal time)
Weekends off
Salary & Bonuses
Base salary: 1100EUR paid over 14 months
(Portugal standard: 12 months + holiday + Christmas)
Complexity bonus: 75EUR per month for 12 months
Performance bonus: N/A
Welcome bonus:
Paid monthly over the first year (1/12 each month)
Conditional:
Must have <6% unjustified absenteeism the previous month
Not guaranteed salary (important -- HR usually stresses this)
Retention bonus:
None from December onwards for Search Engine & Website Solutions projects
