Description and Requirements
Lenovo is seeking a seasoned Global Account Manager to join our Large Enterprise team in Switzerland. This role involves managing strategic international accounts, driving customer satisfaction, and executing global sales strategies. The position requires regular collaboration across borders and may include occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities
Manage global and local account business for international inbound customers, ensuring alignment with Lenovo's global strategy.
Lead strategic planning, product selection, and service offerings for assigned headquarters accounts.
Drive contract negotiations, renewals, and extensions in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and long-term retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and meet quarterly sales targets.
Represent Lenovo in customer meetings, including face-to-face engagements when required.
Manage and execute the full-cycle sales process for international inbound customers, including lead generation, client engagement, solution presentation, negotiation, and deal closure, aligned with Lenovo's global strategy
Position Requirements
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; alternatively, a diploma in technical or specialized translation with business relevance.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in global account management, enterprise sales, or strategic customer engagement within the technology sector.
Proven success in achieving quarterly sales targets and managing complex international accounts.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and internal sales processes.
Fluent in English (mandatory), German (benefitial) , and French (benefitial).
Excellent communication, planning, and relationship-building skills.
