• Ansprechpartner f\\xc3\\xbcr alle mit Stammdaten zusammenh\\xc3\\xa4ngenden Funktionen, Probleme und Anfragen, einschlie\\xc3\\x9flich, aber nicht beschr\\xc3\\xa4nkt auf folgende Aufgaben:
• Pflegt die SAP-Stammdaten gem\\xc3\\xa4\\xc3\\x9f den vorgegebenen Verfahren
• Koordiniert die Aktivit\\xc3\\xa4ten im ECR-Workflow und interagiert mit Antragstellern (KAU & SSF & Pharma-Niederlassungen)
• Koordiniert Qualit\\xc3\\xa4tspr\\xc3\\xbcfungen und Genehmigungen
• Stellt eine hohe Servicequalit\\xc3\\xa4t der Datenelemente im SAP CLARA-System und im SAP APO-System f\\xc3\\xbcr alle unsere Kunden sicher
• Koordiniert SAP CLARA-Konten und Rollen im CIDM-System
• Bietet kundenorientierten Service
• Unterst\\xc3\\xbctzt Teammitglieder im Team und in anderen Teams
• H\\xc3\\xa4lt alle mit Stammdaten zusammenh\\xc3\\xa4ngenden SOPs, SPTs und SRDs sowie andere Dokumente auf dem neuesten Stand
• Entwickelt schlanke und effiziente Prozesse mit hoher Servicequalit\\xc3\\xa4t im Hinblick auf das Management von Datenelementen im CLARA SAP Master Data Management System
• Identifiziert, verwaltet, unterst\\xc3\\xbctzt und/oder leitet kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprojekte im Bereich Stammdaten zur Verbesserung und Optimierung von Prozessen, Schnittstellen und Standards

Erwartetes Profil

• Hochschulabschluss in Biowissenschaften, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung mit Erfahrung im Bereich Stammdaten oder SAP
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Hochschulabschluss oder einem gleichwertigen Abschluss mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in GMP, GCP und damit verbundenen Richtlinien
• Erfahrung mit SAP R3
• Hohe interkulturelle Sensibilit\\xc3\\xa4t und soziale Kompetenz
• Kundenorientiert: F\\xc3\\xa4higkeit, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Gesch\\xc3\\xa4ftspartnern aufzubauen
