Tasks

Lead and support the management of the GPS book of work related to ROC Operations and ROC Finance program Understand newly raised requests and coordinate architectural discussions as well as draft/document business processes with SMEs Capture requirements and track the implementation in an agile environment (SAFe) Specify and plan with Product Managers, Product Owners, SMEs and developers features for implementation Coordinate testing with ROC Core and ROC Finance counterparts Plan and execute migration run book for all OTC and structured products

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a Trading/Sales related environment Profound cross-asset knowhow of front-to-back booking processes for otc and securities products (client and street side) Project management experience in a leading role of a large-scale project strong plus Agile/Safe knowhow incl. Jira/Confluence and project related work tools is a strong plus Knowhow of structured products issuance, hedging and life-cycling Fluent English skills
