Dein Verantwortungsbereich
-Du steuerst den jahrlichen Strategieprozess inkl. Vorbereitung Strategie-relevanter Gruppenbeitrage fur die Konzernleitungs-Workshops und Agenda-Mitgestaltung der Business Performance Reviews
-Du koordinierst gruppenweit die Erarbeitung und inhaltliche Mitgestaltung der strategischen Unternehmensprogramme
-Du trackst die Strategieumsetzung via Fuhrung des strategischen Projektportfolios
-Du erstellst strategische Analysen, Konzepte, Benchmarkings und Prasentationen
-Du arbeitest eng mit dem Head Group Strategie & Controlling, den Strategie-Managern in den Business Divisionen und Fachspezialisten auf Gruppenstufe zusammen. Zudem stehst du in regelmassigem Austausch mit Group CEO und CFO.
Deine Starken
-Du bringst einen Hochschulabschluss (z.B. BWL, VWL, Finance) mit
-Du verfugst uber funf bis 10 Jahre relevante Erfahrung in Unternehmensstrategie, Beratung oder strategischem Controlling
-Du kennst die Branche sehr gut (Versicherung, Asset Management, Vermogensverwaltung, Immobilien) und verfugst uber fundierte Strategieprozess-Expertise
-Du hast Erfahrung in der umsetzungsorientierten und erfolgreichen Projektleitung und Zusammenarbeit uber verschiedene Managementstufen und Bereichsgrenzen hinweg
-Du verfugst uber starke Analyse-, Prasentations- und Kommunikationsfahigkeiten
-Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Wort & Schrift), Franzosisch von Vorteil
