Fur die Servicegruppe Bern brauchen wir deine Unterstutzung!
Du bist verantwortlich fur den Betrieb der Aufzugsanlagen in den dir zugeteilten Einsatzgebieten im Raum Bern. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit deinen Servicetechnikern im Feld zusammen, die ihrerseits fur die periodischen Wartungsarbeiten sowie die rasche Storungsbehebung zustandig sind. Als Vertreter von OTIS betreust du zudem unsere Kunden im Rahmen unserer Service-Excellence-Politik.
HauptaufgabenEinarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitenden und Uberwachung der Einhaltung von Wartungs- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien Transport von Material aus dem Lager in Arbeitsbereiche Unterstutzung des Service Supervisors bei der Organisation von Touren, Planung und Teamkoordination Beratung und Unterstutzung von Servicetechnikern bei komplexen Wartungsarbeiten und Fehlerbehebungen Personenbefreiung aus Aufzugen Erkennen von Sicherheitsrisiken und Mitwirken bei der Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen

Qualifikationen/ Erfahrung/ KenntnisseDu hast elektromechanische Kenntnisse und kennst dich womoglich mit alter und neuer Technik aus und magst Smartphone Apps Du fuhrst die dir zugeteilten Mitarbeitenden fachtechnisch und machst Coaching on the job Du koordinierst die anfallenden Aufgaben im Team bei Engpassen Du planst selbstandig deinen Aufgaben, kennst das Prinzip "learning by doing" und gehst eigene Fragestellungen proaktiv an Du gehst gerne auf Mitmenschen zu, legst ein freundliches Auftreten gegenuber deinem Umfeld an den Tag und baust dir dein "Netzwerk" auf Du tragst gerne Eigenverantwortung und bist dir nicht zu schade deine Hande auch mal schmutzig zu machen Du bist im Besitz eines Fuhrerscheins mit der Kategorie B Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse
