Hauptaufgaben

• Teammitglieder und Kollegen aus anderen Abteilungen trainieren und anweisen.
• Reparieren oder Einstellen aller elektronischen Gerate, sowie der HVAC Anlagen und der Sanitaranlagen.
• Energiesparend arbeiten und Ideen und Anregungen zum Thema ,,Energiesparen" an die Technische Leitung weitergeben. In Notfallsituationen gilt es stets verfugbar zu sein um Gaste und Mitarbeiter durch das technische Wissen zu schutzen und das Gebaude und die Systeme wahrend des Notfalls zu erhalten sowie nach dem Einsatz verantwortungsbewusst dafur sorgen, dass der Hotelbetrieb umgehend wieder aufgenommen werden kann.

Der Technische Leiter muss in Notfallsituationen informiert werden. * Kostenoptimierung innerhalb der Abteilung

• Unfallverhutung und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz
• Ausfuhren und Einhalten aller Kempinski Standards

Zusatzliche Aufgaben, die zum Nutzen des Arbeitsablaufs und/oder des Hotels sind konnen jederzeit hinzukommen.
Key Responsibilities

• Train and instruct other members of the staff.
• Repair and / or adjust all types of electrical and HVAC equipment and cosmetic items.
• Look for ways to conserve energy and report any ideas to the Engineering Management.
• Emergencies - be available for any emergencies and act in an engineering capacity to protect our guest and employees, and preserve the building and its systems during the emergency. To act as quickly and responsibly as possible to return the building to its normal operating status. Inform Engineering Management of any such emergencies.
• Optimise maintenance costs.
• Accident prevention and safety.
• Comply with all Kempinski company policies.

Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
