Who We Are Looking For




We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR leader to take on the role of

Head of Group HR

. This role is based at our headquarters in Switzerland and provides the opportunity to shape and drive the global HR agenda across multiple international locations.


Reporting to the CEO, the role combines strategic partnership, operational leadership, and people management, ensuring that HR priorities, frameworks, and processes are aligned with the overall business objectives of the Group. You will lead a dynamic team, oversee key HR functions including Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, and HR Governance, and contribute to high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the organisation.

Your main tasks



Operate as a strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Management to align people strategy, organizational design, and HR priorities with the overall business objectives of the Group Lead the Group HR function from headquarters, managing the local HR and Office Management team directly and coordinating HR Business Partners across key international locations Drive HR excellence as a hands-on leader, ensuring consistent implementation of HR standards, frameworks, and processes while supporting a growing and increasingly complex organization Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on Group-wide HR topics, providing guidance to senior management Lead the global compensation and budgeting cycles, preparing analyses, scenarios, and recommendations, and facilitating alignment and decision-making with the CEO and CFO Focus on Compensation & Benefits, HR governance, HRIS, HR KPIs and workforce planning Support Payroll operations across Switzerland and international locations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing in line with local regulations and Group policies Define and maintain Group-wide HR policies and people processes, ensuring scalability, transparency, and alignment across locations while allowing for necessary local adaptations Provide strategic oversight of talent management, succession planning, and leadership development, setting frameworks and standards while enabling local HR Business Partners to drive execution Lead complex, cross-functional HR initiatives, including organizational changes, growth projects, and HR transformation efforts impacting the entire Group

Your profile



You bring 8-10 years of experience in a similar HR function or related field, with experience in leading direct reports You hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; additional HR certifications are a plus You have strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits, including job evaluation, salary benchmarking, incentive schemes, and annual compensation review processes You demonstrate solid analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to work with HR KPIs, workforce data and financial implications You can translate business strategy into pragmatic HR frameworks, policies, and scalable processes, effectively balancing hands-on execution with strategic leadership You possess strong influencing and communication skills, able to advise, challenge and align senior stakeholders constructively You demonstrate high personal maturity, integrity and sound judgement when dealing with sensitive and complex topics and excel in building trustful relationships You are resilient, solution-oriented, and confident, thriving in a dynamic and evolving organisational environment You have the capability and willingness to operate between hands-on execution and strategic leadership, translating business strategy into pragmatic HR frameworks, policies, and scalable processes You are fluent in English and German
