ailean for Real Estatae is building technology that fundamentally changes how property management works.
The product exists. The impact is measurable. Customers see the value.
What's missing is strategic external communication that translates this into market pressure, clarity and momentum.
This role exists to own that translation.
Tasks
You turn ailean's technology, customer impact and vision into a clear, compelling and repeated narrative -- across all relevant external touchpoints.
Your success is measured by:

• Clarity of positioning
• Consistency of messaging
• Market pull
• Visibility where it matters

1. Positioning & Narrative
Define and evolve Ailean's core narrative

• Clarify "why Ailean, why now, why this matters"
• Translate complex tech into decision-relevant language

2. Strategic Communication
Decide which channels matter -- and which don't

• Shape messaging for website, social, PR, events, newsletters
• Ensure consistency across all external communication

3. Founder & Company Presence
Strategically place founders and company in the right contexts

• Support speeches, interviews, panels, articles
• Turn internal insights into external stories

4. Orchestration (not execution overload)
Brief designers, freelancers, agencies

• Set direction, give feedback, maintain quality
• You don't do everything -- you make everything coherent

What you will NOT do
Be a full-time designer

• Run performance marketing campaigns
• Execute every post yourself
• Wait for detailed instructions

How success looks after 6-12 months
The market understands what Ailean stands for

• Messaging is sharp, focused and consistent
• Customers feel validated choosing Ailean
• Prospects feel late if they don't engage
• Founders are no longer the bottleneck for communication

Requirements
What we are looking for
You are:
Strategically strong and intellectually curious

• Able to understand complex systems quickly
• Comfortable asking uncomfortable questions
• Structured, opinionated, and clear
• Motivated by ownership and impact, not task lists

You likely have:
5+ years in strategy, communication, consulting, or startup roles

• Experience shaping narratives, not just executing content
• Worked close to founders or leadership before

Real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement.
