As HR Controlling & People Analytics Manager, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven people decisions, driving strategic workforce planning, and ensuring strong alignment between HR strategy, business priorities, and financial objectives.
This global role combines analytical and conceptual work -- designing frameworks, processes, and reporting tools -- with hands-on implementation and close collaboration across Finance, HR, and IT. You will be part of the global HR team and work closely with HR Business Partners, department leaders, Finance, and IT to deliver actionable insights and ensure that HR data drives organizational success.
What You'll Do
Define, track, and analyze HR KPIs aligned with business objectives, providing insights and workforce forecasts for leadership planning.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports, driving automation and integration into HRIS and BI tools.
Manage HR-related financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, payroll integration, and reporting.
Act as the strategic interface between HR and Finance, ensuring robust cost allocation and accurate salary budget planning.
Lead non-financial (social/ESG) reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery in collaboration with global teams.
Partner with IT to translate reporting requirements into scalable dashboards and analytics solutions.
Support HR aspects of M&A activities with workforce data, cost modeling, and due diligence analysis.
Who You Are
Degree in Finance, HR, or Business Administration, or equivalent professional training with strong controlling/analytics expertise.
5+ years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, people analytics, or related functions, in an international context.
Strong understanding of HR processes and their impact on financial reporting.
Proven experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HR, and financial reporting tools; advanced Excel and BI skills.
Hands-on experience with non-financial (social/ESG) reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across HR, Finance, and IT.
Excellent English skills; good German strongly preferred to connect effectively across our organization.
