Are you passionate experienced HR leader on eye level with senior executives? Are you experienced in implementing, managing and ensuring compliance in a dynamic, multinational environment? This is a full-time position based in Switzerland. The successful candidate is expected to be physically present on a weekly basis at both Teva/Mepha sites--Basel and Rapperswil-Jona--to ensure regular engagement and collaboration with teams at each location
Main Responsibilities
Implement global and regional HR strategies and adapt them to the Swiss context, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Act as the primary point of contact for HR matters to senior leaders, ensuring compliance with Swiss labor law and internal standards. Manage relationships with authorities, unions, and works councils
Drive HR processes, policies and programs with a focus on operational excellence and simplification through technology
Serve as the subject matter expert on Swiss employment regulations, labor law and compliance requirements
Support change management and HR transformation initiatives in Switzerland, influencing stakeholders across the organization to establish the HR operating model
Represent HR in key business initiatives and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate within a European HR network to ensure consistency and best practice sharing and driving modernization of the HR function
Represent the company in employment-related matters, including contracts, terminations
Serve as a member of the management team, actively representing HR perspectives in management discussions and decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum 8 years of HR experience, ideally in a multinational, matrixed environment
Strong knowledge of Swiss HR management specifics and labor law
Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage
High-level stakeholder management and C-level presence
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence without direct authority
Affinity for digitalization and process simplification
Project Management skills
M365 and MS office applications
