Shape the future of HR at Swisscom Group. As our new Head of HR Technology, you will own and advance our HR digital strategy across Switzerland and Italy. You will enable a seamless employee experience, drive advanced analytics and AI-enabled HR processes, and align HR technology with business needs. You will lead a small, international team while orchestrating colleagues across HR, IT, and other functions to deliver impactful HR technology initiatives.

  • Continuously refine and implement a cutting-edge digital HR strategy aligned with Swisscom's business goals, HR needs, and technology trends.
  • Deliver large-scale HR technology projects (e.g., Workday rollouts) and operations using best-in-class project management and effective partner management. Design and maintain an effective HR technology operating model, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead selection and negotiation of HR technology solutions, manage vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effective, secure, and scalable systems.
  • Drive efficiency and AI-readiness through automation, simplification and a future-ready infrastructure, enabling HR to deliver high-value services.
Your skills
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or similar.
  • Fluency in English and/or German (Italian is a plus).
  • Proven cross-functional, international team and project leadership with a strong drive for results.
  • Strategic, analytical mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution.
  • Strong communication skills to engage senior leadership and operational teams effectively.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale HR technology implementations and optimizations (consulting background is a plus).
  • Understanding of HR processes and technology with foresight on trends and opportunities.
  • Practical experience with Workday or similar HCM systems strongly preferred.
  • Experience in process automation, advanced analytics, and AI in HR contexts is a plus.
