As an HR Generalist based in Geneva, Switzerland, you will be at the heart of Mantu's human resources initiatives and processes, playing a vital role in fostering an exceptional employee experience.
Your missions
Conduct legal watch on the local scope and support to implement the work rules in the entity.
Organize the onboarding of team members (personal documents, contracts, welcome meetings, administrative tasks, etc.).
Manage payroll tasks efficiently and accurately.
Provide support to team members and managers in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, addendums, sick leaves, accidents, maternity, paternity, military services, working time management, and payroll.
Communicate HR events to the team with locally adapted channels, strategies, and language.
Ensure compliance with processes within your scope and handle government declarations as required.
Accompany managers in deploying and monitoring the training plan for the allocated population.
Organize and follow up on the offboarding process (exit surveys, exit meetings, analysis, and action plan).
Anticipate work permits procedures, communicate with team members/candidates, verify expiration dates, and manage renewals.
Collaborate with Mobility teams on mobility cases to ensure a smooth process, from eligibility assessment to coordination.
Work with internal teams (payroll, finance, C&B, accounting, etc.) to ensure the correct development of operational topics and local projects.
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and HR projects (such as skills management, knowledge management, training plan, etc.).
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
Undertake tasks in performance management and employee satisfaction case investigation to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.[doc1]
Your profile
Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Legal, or a related field.
2 years of experience in the HR field.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Eager to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Proactive and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and a desire to manage your scope.
Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
Professional ethics, confidentiality, sense of rigor, organization, and reliability.
Mastery of generative AI tools is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
