Responsibilities:
- Drafting, analyzing and negotiating the relevant documentation regarding the execution of projects
- Supervising the application of governance and compliance rules adopted by the Group
- Managing of all legal, contractual, compliance and insurance matters of the Company
- Supporting the performance of projects through efficient contractual management
- Increasing the legal and contractual know-how of the staff
- Resident of Switzerland
- Fluent in English and German, French is an asset
- Swiss or European MLaw, bar admission is a clear plus
- At least 5 years PQE as an inhouse counsel or in a law firm
- Rigorous, autonomous, open minded, good interpersonal and writing skills, and the ability to listen
