Accueillir les clients, ecouter leurs besoins et proposer un projet adapte dans le respect d'un cadre budgetaire

Apporter des solutions sur mesure et ergonomiques aux clients

Assurer les rendez-vous avec les clients

Assurer le suivi des clients pour les fideliser par des visites sur le terrain et/ou a distance

Veiller au respect des clauses contractuelles et a la satisfaction des clients

Gerer les dossiers dans leur integralite, de l'accueil du client a la livraison du chantier

Realiser les releves et prises de cotes

Proposer des solutions coherentes, et deployer le concept sur toutes les phases d'etude et d'execution

Concevoir des amenagements interieurs avec les chefs de projet

Realiser la decoration en accord avec toutes les etapes du projet (phases SIA), garantir vis-a-vis du maitre d'ouvrage le bon deroulement du projet

Participer aux choix et aux propositions de matieres

Assurer les relations et le suivi du projet avec les sous-traitants

Rencontrer les differents acteurs participant aux projets, visiter les chantiers, rencontrer les fournisseurs, les partenaires institutionnels...

Suivre et controler la qualite des projets

Elaborer des dossiers de revision afin de finaliser les projets

Contribuer a la preparation des dossiers d'autorisation de construire

Proceder aux differentes demandes d'autorisations administratives

Creer des dossiers de presentation

Assurer les reponses techniques aux appels d'offres

Etablir des plans sur mesure avec les outils disponibles (autocad, revit...)

Concevoir les images 3D, les details techniques, les plans et coupes, les amenagements et les agencements interieurs

Definir les harmonies colorees, les luminaires techniques, decoratifs et les materiaux (tissus, carrelages, muraux...)

Realiser les dossiers de revision
