What you\\\'ll do

• Support the Services Account Manager and Business Support in day-to-day business
• Ensuring internal processes such as assigning orders to individual consultants
• Support with internal offer and order processing as well as invoice control
• Support in developing presentations and offers for customers
• Support in finding consultants for projects in the SAP internal network
• Preparation of statistics and analyzes
• Monitoring the utilization of consultants and preparing the planning of consultant assign-ments for the coming months
• Organizing budgets for sales activities, financial monitoring of ongoing projects, organization and preparation of meetings
• Support in organizing trips and events

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or college
• Education: Bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s or Master\\xe2\\x80\\x98s degree in Computer Science, or Business Administration or comparable
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Prior experience in the IT industry or given IT affinity desired
• Prior experience wit SAP systems as an advantage (desirable)
• Experience in the commercial sector (desirable)
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability undertake analyses and developing con-cepts
• Strong team orientation and communication skills
• Fluent language skills in German and English, both spoken and written

The internship is desired to start on December 1st, 2023 (later start on January 1st, 2024 is also possible by arrangement)
Applications from students (f/m) who are between their bachelor\\\'s and master\\\'s degree as well as applications from university graduates (f/m/d), are also highly welcome.
The internship is limited to a period of 12 months. If you are suitable and mutually interested, there is the possibility of moving into the role of Junior Consultant (f/m/d) or Junior Services Account Mana-ger (m/f/d) at a later date.

Meet your team

Our consulting unit primarily supports national and international customers in optimizing their busi-ness processes. We advise our customers on architecture, planning, design and optimization of their processes. We set up appropriate projects and implement them using the SAP solution portfolio, with the focus always on optimal customer benefit.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
