Your Mission

Compile and convert existing educational content into clear, consistent, and professional presentations, visuals, graphics, and videos.
Improve and refine presentations and educational materials, ensuring clarity, quality, and effectiveness.
Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of Oniversity workshops, shoe schools, and presentations, including calendars, sign-ups, and student management.
Drive continuous improvement by monitoring program efficiency, gathering feedback, and identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for enhancement.
Liaise with teams, suppliers, and external consultants to engage stakeholders, gather contributions, and develop educational and promotional materials.
Assist in building and managing Oniversity programs within SWITCH (our in-house learning and product management platform), collaborating with the SWITCH team to set up, sense-check, and prepare content for the upcoming rollout.

About the Team

The Footwear Creation Training team develops and delivers educational programs to help participants understand how footwear is made in the factories and how in-house departments work together. Through Oniversity and other programs, we create structured learning experiences that connect practical production processes with the broader picture of footwear development.
