Your Mission

As our Product Creation Planning Intern, you will be a key supporting member for our most dynamic and fast-paced projects. Your mission is to assist the team in providing the structure, visibility, and data needed to bring complex products to market on time.
You will: Support Custom Timelines: Assist the team in creating, managing, and maintaining the end-to-end product creation timelines across footwear, apparel, and accessories products.
Support Cross-Functional Alignment: Help coordinate with key Product Organization teams (including Design, Material Development, Product Development, and Strategy). You will support the team in identifying potential risks and preparing data to protect launch dates.
Contribute to Process Improvement: Help identify opportunities to streamline workflows. Your goal will be to support the team in building greater flexibility and agility into our processes.
Provide Actionable Insights: Assist in creating and maintaining clear, consistent reports and dashboards. You will help track critical deadlines and milestones, providing the team with data to support informed decisions.
Your story

You are excited about sports and/or fashion, about what it takes to innovate, design, and develop new products.
You are currently completing or have recently completed a degree from a university or equivalent.
You are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software; familiarity with Project Management tools is a major plus.
You have strong professional communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
You are a fast, curious learner with a positive, "can-do" attitude and an open mind.
You are a natural team player who thrives in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.
You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage your time and meet deadlines.
About the Team

As a key part of the Operational Excellence team, the Product Creation Planning team orchestrates the entire product-to-market calendar. We are responsible for building and managing the critical-path timelines across Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories. Our team acts as the central point, aligning all teams within the Product Organization to ensure a seamless journey from initial design concept to successful market launch.
