How you can make an impact
  • Assisting the Business Application leadership team with the management of major programs like the SAP introduction for the Service Division
  • Creating presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management
  • Participating in training programs and on-the-job learning experiences to develop your skills and knowledge in the area of IT systems operations and support, process standardization / optimization as well as change management
  • Collaborating with colleagues from different departments and locations to achieve business goals
  • Leading and managing cross-functional projects to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborating with maintenance locations to ensure timely and efficient realization of business applications change and development projects
  • Traveling to different locations to gain exposure to different markets and cultures
How you will contribute
  • Master\\\'s or Bachelor\\\'s degree in Engineering, Technology or Business Administration
  • Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn and to go the extra mile
  • A large amount of commitment and high self-initiative
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to relocate temporarily during the program
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
The program?

Our 18-month trainee program is designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of our business and the skills you need to succeed in a fast-paced, global environment. You will work with different departments, countries and locations, gaining hands-on experience and developing your skills in the following areas:
  • Maintenance Process and Maintenance Software: Work with the Business Application management team and the different Service Locations to understand, standardize and improve the maintenance and its related support processes and their implementation in the IT systems.
  • Project Management: Learn the tools used for project management and support the Business Applications department controlling all the ongoing mobilization and system transformation projects.
  • Maintenance Support: Understand the life cycle calculation and maintenance software functionality. Support the set up new maintenance locations all over the world.
Additionally, we will provide you with training inputs into strategy, finance, leadership and so on at our headquarters in Bussnang, Switzerland.
