Au sein de l'equipe de Maintenance & Qualification, sous la responsabilite de l'expert compliance du departement TDO, votre role sera de rediger les rapports annuels de maintien de l'etat qualifie des equipements pour tous les departements du site d'Aubonne. En tant que membre de l'equipe, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

Rediger des rapports annuels en compilant l'ensemble des donnees relatives aux equipements, y compris les evenements qualite (CCP, deviations, etc.), ainsi que les activites de maintenance, calibration et qualification. Optimiser le processus actuel de preparation des rapports en collaboration avec l'equipe digitale et le Quality Engineering. Identifier des solutions d'automatisation pour simplifier et ameliorer la preparation des rapports d'une annee sur l'autre. Assurer la conformite des rapports avec les normes de qualite et les reglementations applicables. Participer a l'amelioration continue des processus de documentation et de reporting au sein de l'equipe.
