The Division Controlling department is the organization unit within Finance Controlling which, as an active business-partner, is responsible for financial planning and forecasting for every division within SWISS. You will be involved in many of our key Controlling tasks, e.g.:
Supporting forecast creation and financial analysis
Generating value-creating reports and analyses for various stakeholders
Supporting automation and efficiency initiatives
Taking ownership of allocated tasks and liaising with different Business Unit Controllers
Assisting with ad-hoc requests

Requirements You will be involved in both division relations and project controlling. You will be in the heart of SWISS decision making, analyzing financial results and dealing with people on various job levels.
Student or graduate with an HF diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field
Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel (including pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint (generating streamlined slides with a clear narrative); Think-cell experience is an asset
Strong competence in large-scale data handling, validation, and insight generation
Self-reliant team member with readiness to address ad-hoc requests
IT-driven mindset for promoting automation and efficiency
Very good spoken and written English skills; German is an advantage
Experience in SAP, Clarity PPM, and BI tools (e.g. IBM Planning Analytics) is an asset
