Internship Innovation Management

6 months (part-time or full-time)

Your responsibilities

Develop and document a structured approach to guide innovations

through Market Readiness Levels
Integrate market validation, business case development, and go-to-market strategies

into the innovation process
Support innovation management activities such as technology scouting,

trend monitoring, and market analysis.
Contribute to the development of tools and templates to standardize innovation and commercialization practices.

Our requirements

BSc or MSc-student in the field of innovation management, business administration or

applied science
Strong passion and curiosity for innovation and emerging technologies Good problem-solving skills and creative approaches Driven, purposeful and communicative personality Fluent in written and oral English skills (Level C1) At the time of the internship, the intern must be enrolled at an university in Switzerland
