The Graduate will work cross-functionally together with the Brand & Customer Managers, Sales Force Team, Market Access, the Commercial Operations, and the Digital & Data Analytics team to support implementing the Oncology Business Unit strategy. Furthermore, you will work together with Medical Affairs to provide critical customer insights and a coordinated approach to the implementation of promotional and non-promotional field-based activities.*

Your responsibilities
Analyze local market trends and identify commercial opportunities
Support the delivery of the marketing strategy and tactics to deliver performance
Understand the Customer's channel preferences; support development and implementation of innovative programs and services in line with Customer needs
Leverage digital and search for new and innovative ways of interacting with Customers
Achieve the optimal channel mix for customer while seeking synergies and efficiencies
Utilize materials developed by the global / regional organizations or develop new ones to personalize the offering
Collaborate closely with the Brand & Customer Managers and the Sales Force team
Your Competencies
Graduate of Bachelors/Masters degree in Life Sciences or another relevant discipline with healthcare curriculum preferred
Well-organized, structured, and independent way of working
Commitment, motivation and creativity
Willingness to travel within Switzerland if required
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal German and English skills, French or Italian is an asset
