To strengthen our Enterprise Transformation team, we are looking for an Intern Workforce & Organizational Transformation to start not before September 2023 for a period of 6+ months

• Support the project team in the implementation and coordination of business and IT projects in workforce & organizational transformation.\\n
• Independently lead smaller work packages.\\n
• Conduct market research & perform data analysis.\\n
• Support in preparing and conducting client workshops.\\n
• Learn & improve consulting skillset and methods.\\n

Your qualifications

• \\n
• Academic excellency: outstanding bachelor\\\'s or master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree in a renowned University or University of Applied Sciences in the field of Economics, Social sciences or Information Technology\\n
• Industry knowledge: initial experience in digital transformation from previous internships; Exposure to change management, HR strategy, and organizational development.\\n
• Consulting experience: first experience in consulting and project management favorable.\\n
• Conceptual talent: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\\n
• Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills.Digital affinity: very good MS Office skills.\\n
• Cultural fit: high reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).\\n
• Flexibility in terms of location: you will be working at customer sites, from the Capgemini Invent offices (Geneva or Zurich), and from home.\\n
