Your Opportunity
As IT Finance Systems Manager you'll lead the integration of financial processes and systems across the organization with a strong background in accounting, controlling and treasury and deep expertise in SAP S/4 (FI, CO, SD, MM, IHC, TRM) and hands-on experience in financial planning and consolidation. This role acts as a key liaison between the Finance and IT departments, ensuring that financial systems support business objectives efficiently and effectively.
How will You contribute
Lead and manage the IT Finance domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
Provide expert knowledge in SAP FI-CO and other SAP domains, ensuring optimal configuration and integration.
Provide experience in all key Finance solutions and digitalization of the Finance function including leveraging Artificial Intelligence
Drive the implementation and evolution of the Planning and Consolidation Processes across the finance domain, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Lead and manage IT finance projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including finance, IT, and business leaders, to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance system performance and user experience.
Mentor and guide a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Who you are
You are a senior professional with strong project management and stakeholder communication skills, and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
You have:
At least Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field;
At least 10 years of experience in IT systems management with hands-on experience on Finance transformation project on SAP S/4;
Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and sourcing strategies;
Experience with digital transformation, project governance, and stakeholder collaboration;
Experience with Oracle EPM platform for Financial Planning and Consolidation will be considered a plus
Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR) related to procurement systems.
