We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team, with a special focus on the Human Resources domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects and a strong understanding of HR processes and systems.

What you will do:

Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects within the Human Resources area, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Facilitate communication between IT technical teams, HR departments, and other stakeholders. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide detailed reports to senior management. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements. Act as deputy to the team lead, handling senior-level duties and collaborating with top management to support strategic, financial, and cross-functional initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Wht you bring & who you are:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on HR systems and processes. Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll systems, and talent management technologies. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German and Spanish is a significant advantage.
