Senior Project Manager HR Systems 100% (m,f,d) - Duty Scheduling / Workforce / RFI / RFP
For a leading public health institute, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) with in-depth experience in HR system projects, especially in the area of duty planning. The aim is to provide technical and organizational support for the evaluation and possible replacement of the existing Polypoint tool.
Your tasks
Analysis and evaluation of the results from the current RFI phase Initiation and support of a structured RFP procedure for the selection of a new duty scheduling system Implementation of tool assessments and market comparisons Presentation of decision-making bases at C-level (Executive Committee) Close cooperation with internal stakeholders and external providers Management of the project organization and ensuring the achievement of goals
Your profile
Many years of experience as a project manager in complex IT/HR projects (senior/expert level) Demonstrable experience in the field of duty scheduling systems, especially in-depth knowledge of Polypoint Sound experience with structured RFP/tender procedures Knowledge of alternative tools in the field of workforce management / duty scheduling is an advantage Confident in presentation and strong communication skills - especially when dealing with executive committees Confident appearance, high social competence and pronounced seniority
