Job Description

Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex IT projects (preferably security or DevOpsrelated). o Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams. o Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. o Confidence to challenge assumptions and negotiate timelines when needed. o Solid understanding of project management methods and tools. o Basic technical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab). o Familiarity with DevSecOps and security tools (e.g., Snyk) is a strong advantage. o Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and strategic program. o Project management certification, classical and/or agile i.e. PMP, Scrum Master etc. o Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and tools, and the software development lifecycle o Experience in the energy and/or trading industry would be a plus o You demonstrate high performance with the ability to navigate quickly between high and detailed levels, have a proactive mindset and are quickly able to get into hands-on work where needed o You work in a collaborative way and have good stakeholder management skills o Your working style is characterised by a strong customer focus, being results orientated, great collaboration, strong planning & organizational skills, and excellent communication skills o Proficient in English, additionally German and/or French would be a plu
