As a IT Specialist you will join a committed IT team driven with the intent of delivering \\xe2\\x80\\x98FIVE-star\\\' guest experiences to an international diaspora.

As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly active environment. Your organizational, communication, and leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing solutions that push groundbreaking boundaries.

You\\\'ll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the IT Department in its efforts to ensure the quality and delivery of IT systems for both the hotel and its Guests.
• Provide day-to-day support for all internal hotel IT systems and users, minimizing any system outages
• Record all issues that arise and advise the IT Manager of any issues that need further attention
• Communicate with the hotel team to respond to any guest-related IT requirements
• Cordinate and collaborate with Dubai IT network team
• Recommend system improvements to the IT Manager

What We\\\'re Looking For

• Previous IT experience, preferably in the hotel, leisure, and/or service sector
• Positive, proactive outlook, hardworking and outgoing personality - and a fun-to-work-with energy at all times!
• Swiss work permit holder/EU passport holder
• Experience of all Microsoft systems
• Strong working knowledge of industry regulations
