What you will do:
Lead and coach the on-site support team; plan tasks, monitor performance, ensure SLA/KPI adherence
Act as primary contact for incidents, requests, and escalations; ensure seamless end-to-end handling
Oversee delivery, setup, and maintenance of end-user hardware and software for high user satisfaction
Drive implementation of group-wide IT standards and best practices; tailor to internal customer needs
Collaborate with L2/L3 and cross-functional IT teams to resolve complex issues and manage escalations
Optimize ticket workflows (e.g., ServiceNow/JIRA), reporting, knowledge base quality, and automation/self-service
What you bring & who you are:
Must-have: Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience; 5+ years in IT support with on-site operations
Must-have: Team leadership experience incl. delegation, mentoring, performance management
Must-have: Strong troubleshooting of endpoints and peripherals; hands-on with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow; JIRA)
Must-have: Familiarity with endpoint management and ITIL (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM; ITIL processes)
Must-have: Fluent German and English; clear communicator with a structured, proactive, results-driven mindset
Nice-to-have: Experience driving process improvements, KPI reporting, SLA management, and automation; relevant certs (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator)
