Job Description
Verantwortung: Systemadministration der hybriden ICT-Infrastruktur 1st-Level-Support fur Benutzer , Installation und Konfiguration von Hardware Unterstutzung bei Supportanfragen , Schulungen und Erstellung von Unterlagen Mitarbeit und Begleitung von ICT-Projekten enge Zusammenarbeit mit Hausdienst , externen IT-Dienstleistern und Herstellern Qualifikationen: Abgeschlossene ICT-Ausbildung (EFZ, z. B.
