Job Description

The Financial Analyst reports to the Finance Team Leader and will have frequent contact with other departments of the Cham site staff (Customer Service, Supply Chain teams, cross-functional departments). Contact with other Catalent manufacturing sites and Catalent corporate departments will be required. You will be play a key role in the Finance team as you will consolidate the activities provided by the fully finance team.

Main responsibilities:



Managing the ASC606 Revenue Recognition, and all other revenue accruals Deferral and Accruals for APMF, ASMF and other annual fees Profit share & Royalty Accruals & Reconciliation Responsible for preparing the Sales Statistic Reporting & Sales update process Management of the Sales incentives calculations (accruals/ reversal/ IC communication) Management of the Item Extraction model process & Transfer Price updates in the ERP (JDE 9.2) Preparing Monthly VMS Sales reporting Supporting on the Forecast process & Report Partnering for the Internal / External Audit Requests Supporting various AdHoc report and analysis request Managing Account reconciliations in Onestream, Reporting Day 4/5/6 Package and Day 7 Reporting Maintaining proper documentation of processes, enhancing reports and streamlining processes. Supporting in the budget preparation process Providing subject matter expertise and support on AdHoc projects. Support the Finance function in ensuring SOX compliance with the internal control system and external auditors Support the Finance function in ensuring compliance to Cham standard operating procedures (SOP's)

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Accounting or Finance degree, with +2 years' experience in similar roles ideally in the Pharma industry Experience Expertise on G/L, BS, and P&L, with but also good analytical skills to understand numbers. Organizational skills are critical, as well as prioritizing work to meet timetables and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and ERP systems (JDE). A "can-do" attitude to work. Knowledge on EU-VAT transactions is an advantage. Knowledge on US GAAP is an advantage Positive and self-motivated attitude Fluent in English, Fluent in any other language is a plus
