Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
  • Support workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Lead or support change management and organizational development initiatives.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the business.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Support business HRBPs and employees Report to the Senior HRBP and collaborate with HR teams
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
