Junior O2C Specialist (German & English)

Working Hours
Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00
Weekends off
Salary & Bonuses
1,300EUR gross/month (14 payments)
Welcome Bonus: 3,000EUR (German speakers)
Paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year
Payment depends on <6% unjustified absenteeism
Not part of fixed monthly salary

Role Overview
Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable processes in an international finance environment, ensuring accurate transactions and excellent customer support.
Requirements
Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or similar
6+ months experience in O2C / AR / Finance Ops (2-5 years a plus)
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables preferred)
ERP knowledge (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite is a plus)
Fluent German & Advanced English (C1)
Detail-oriented, analytical, customer-focused
