- Supporting existing customers (e.g. e-banking, credit enquiries)
- Working close with Senior Relationship Manager
- Processing customer enquiries (payments, stock exchange orders, etc.)
- Support with on-boarding processes
- Documentation of KYC and other legal documents
- Cooperation with back/middle office
- Cash management of clients
- Preparation of client presentations
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in private banking
- Interest and knowledge in banking topics
- Independent and very thoughtful way of working
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Fluent English and German, French and Spanish would be a plus
